Founder Laury Palmer and the Happy Nest Market team strive to process orders quickly, typically within 1-3 business days from our Indianapolis location. Allow extra time for remote or international shipments. These are general estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact timelines.

Address Accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Happy Nest Market isn’t responsible for errors in the provided address. If notified after shipment, we’ll attempt to reroute the package. If returned, you can opt to reship (covering new shipping costs) or receive a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Customs duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are determined by the destination country’s customs agency, collected upon delivery. Happy Nest Market is not liable for these fees.

U.S. Domestic Shipping - USPS/FedEx/UPS (3-5 business days)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD.

  • Standard: $7.99 USD (3-5 business days, up to 7 days for remote areas).

  • Express: $12.99 USD (1-2 business days).

International Shipping - DHL Express (5-10 business days)

  • USA (excluding Indianapolis): $15 USD (5-7 business days). Free shipping on orders over $150 USD.

  • Canada: $25 USD (5-10 business days). Free shipping on orders over $200 USD.

  • Rest of the World: $40 USD (5-10 business days). Free shipping on orders over $250 USD.
